Jaurlaritzaren Kultura Sailak bultzatutako Kimuak egitasmoak Euskadin
ekoiztutako film laburrak bertan nahiz munduan zehar hedatu nahi ditu.
Film laburrak, ikus-entzunezko eta beraz komunikazio zein artearen mintzaira berezitua izateaz gain, zinema eta oro har ikus-entzunezkoen benetako kimuak dira. Hori kontuan izanda, gure xedea, Euskadin ekoiztutako film laburrentzat gure herrian zabalpenerako bideak eskaintzea eta horrekin batera munduan zehar bideak irekitzea da. Esku artean duzun sorta hau, aurtengo film laburren uztaren emaitza aukeratua duzu. Landareetan gertatzen den legez, etorkizuna, berrikuntza eta freskotasuna adierazten digute, hauek ere. Dasta itzazu eta ikus-entzunezko kulturaren hautapen hau zabaltzen lagundu gaitzazu. Zure ikusmiraren beharra dugu. Miren Azkarate

El
Departamento de Cultura del Gobierno Vasco, a través de Kimuak,
quiere fomentar, dentro de nuestro país y en todo el mundo, la
difusión de los cortometrajes producidos en Euskadi.
Desde nuestro punto de vista, el cortometraje, además de ser un lenguaje propio en el campo audiovisual y artístico, viene a representar auténticas pujas, brotes jóvenes ("kimuak" en euskera) del mundo de la cinematografía y el audiovisual. Por eso, a través de Kimuak queremos apoyar a los cortometrajes producidos en Euskadi, tanto a través de vías para su exhibición dentro de nuestro país, como, sobre todo, por medio del fomento de nuevos cauces de difusión exterior e internacional. La selección de cortometrajes que tiene entre manos representa lo mejor de la cosecha del presente año. Del mismo modo que en el mundo vegetal, también aquí estos nuevos brotes representan futuro e innovación y son sinónimo de frescura. Disfrute de esta propuesta cultural y contribuya de ese modo a la difusión de este lenguaje audiovisual. Necesitamos su punto de vista. Miren

The
Department of Culture of the Basque Government, through the Kimuak programme,
wants to promote the dissemination of short films produced in Euskadi
both locally and around the world.
As we see it, in addition to being a language in itself in the field of art and audio-visuals, short films represent genuine efforts, young seedlings (“kimuak” in Basque) in the world of cinematography and audio-visual creation. Therefore, though Kimuak we want to support short films made in the Basque Country by exploring ways to exhibit these films in our country, and particularly by promoting new channels for dissemination in the rest of Spain and abroad. The selection of short films you have before you represents this year’s best harvest. Much the same as in the plant world, these new seedlings represent both future and innovation, and provide us with new life.
